Pioneer Medical Europe Ltd is a family-run and owned business, established in 2010 by John and Suezy Kowalski. Family values and customer service are at the heart of everything we do. As distributors, we carefully select innovative products from manufacturers who share our core values.

I have worked in the healthcare industry for over 25 years, mainly in the urology sector. In 2010 both John and I decided to set up Pioneer Medical Europe and plug the gap in the urology/women’s health market with unique devices that would make a really difference to peoples lives.
I started my career as a Medic in the Royal Navy. When I left the Royal navy I joined Pfizer and have worked for several blue chip medical companies. Now with over 30 years experience working in the medical device industry, I have built up a wealth of knowledge and an understanding of what the NHS and private healthcare sector are looking for.
Having worked for myself as a bookkeeper for 10 years, I wanted to become part of a working family again. Since joining Pioneer Medical in September 2019 as Office Administrator, a step back in time to the duties I used to enjoy before becoming my own boss, this is exactly what I have done – my main duties are receiving and shipping orders, invoicing, keeping the office database up to date, keeping a check of stock levels and any general administration required.
Outside of the office I enjoy, spending time with my family, skiing, walking my dogs and socialising with friends.
Tracey, a specialist Women's Health Physiotherapist, partners with us to advise on and use our products. She treats a wide range of conditions, including urinary incontinence, pelvic floor dysfunction, lower back pain, and pelvic organ prolapse, with a particular focus on post-childbirth recovery. Tracey is passionate about helping women return to an active lifestyle, offering services like pelvic floor assessments, pessary fittings, and rehabilitation for various pelvic health issues. She excels in linking sports injuries with past childbirth or pregnancy-related injuries, guiding women through their health journey with expertise and care.
